Biscotti

Made some yummy Biscotti this morning ... nice simple recipe and about 20 min to make plus 30 min baking time.

  2. Delicious. I use a recipe from Nigella Lawson's Feast cookbook. The end result is wonderful and almondy!

Hi Mat, found your blog whilst Googling your name, tryign to see what you have become since you won MC 09 (well, I was hoping you've got that restaurant opened so I could hint what I want for my birthday to hubby here...there's always next year!). Am I blind? I'd love to try those biscotti, I love them all with coffee...but can't see it anywhere? all the best.
